At U&I, we are on a mission to make a significant impact in the lives of underprivileged students. We match our trained volunteer tutors with each student, maintaining a 1:1 teacher-to-student ratio. This ensures that each child receives the individualised attention they need to help develop their communication skills thus enhancing their self-confidence and preparing them for further education.

At U&I we strive to enhance our students' career prospects by offering support that goes beyond academics. Alongside access to technology and digital resources, we provide life skills training and career skills training through personalised 1 on 1 mentoring. Life skills, such as personal health and safety, social and relational skills, and personal growth, are imparted to help build a safe and solid foundation for a fulfilling life. Digital literacy and 21st-century skills provided, are critical to thrive in this digital age

By understanding each student's career goals, we tailor our approach to refine and develop their skills, while also providing the necessary academic assistance to prepare them for their future endeavours.
